OVERVIEW

Seeking a Lead Quality Inspector to support quality systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment across industrial, medical, and defense sectors. This role bridges quality, engineering, production, and customer communication to ensure high standards and timely delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• AS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in quality/manufacturing (ISO 9001:2015 preferred)
• Proficient with blueprints, mechanical gauges, and test equipment
• Knowledge of GD&T; CMM/PC-DMIS experience preferred
• Strong MS Excel/Word and ERP (Epicor preferred) skills

• Conduct FAI, In-Process, and Final Inspections
• Support internal audits and CAPA activities
• Develop instructions for equipment, processes, and inspections
• Source and evaluate suppliers
• Maintain calibration records and inspection fixtures
• Support new project launches (APQP, PPAP, Change Control)
• Analyze data for process improvements
