Description

Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine physical and chemical laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per approved standards and procedures.
Inspect in-process and finished gypsum board products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Follow approved test methods, formulas, specifications, and laboratory procedures accurately.
Record and maintain test results in logbooks, worksheets, and computer-based systems accurately and on time.
Identify and report any quality deviations or non-conformities to the concerned supervisor and production team.
Ensure the QC laboratory and inspection area are maintained in a safe, clean, organized, and environmentally responsible manner.
Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS), EHSMS requirements, and ISO 9001 standards applicable to the role.
Ensure all inspection and testing activities are carried out in accordance with approved company procedures and applicable standards
