YOUR MISSION

This position is office-based in Weiterstadt.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of:
  • Parts from suppliers (Incoming Inspection).
  • Parts manufactured by the composite team.
  • Assembled parts by the production team.
  • Reworked parts.
  • Final products.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering department to perform First Article Inspections (FAI) to approve parts before the Start of Production (SOP).
  • Regularly update the inspection checklist (PQCs) based on Lessons Learned in coordination with the Industrialization department.
  • Revise the Quality Standard Book to reflect Non-Conformities identified during the manufacturing process.
  • Perform in-depth quality analysis on Non-Conforming parts, both internal and from suppliers, utilizing 8D Reports for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Provide comprehensive statistics, aggregate data, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly using Excel.
  • Prepare and present slide presentations with quality results and analysis to the board, managers, and shop floor teams using PowerPoint.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Instruments Calibration list to ensure precision and compliance.
  • Regularly update the Supplier Approved List to reflect current status.
  • Ensure the Quality folder remains organized for quick and efficient file retrieval.
  • Adhere to and maintain the 5S principles to ensure a clean and organized Quality area.
