Description AZ Quality Services is a family-owned 3rd Party Inspection company looking for motivated and dependable employees to work as Quality Inspectors in a fast-paced Tier 1 automotive supplier plant located Riverside, MO. Job Description: Inspecting components used in the assembly of automotive seats, as well as completed seats. Following Written & Verbal Instructions Ability to work without Supervision. Specification & Tolerance Identification Reading Gauges & Scales Cooperates with Others Customer Focused Skills/Requirements: Responsible Reliable Honest High Integrity Dependable Reliable Transportation On-time Solving Basic Math Problems & Logical Reasoning Good Communication Skills – Written & Verbal Accountable Related Experience (helpful, but not required) - Quality Control, Automotive Manufacturing or Seating Must move unassisted. Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time on unpadded flooring. Work long shifts with a flexible schedule. Lift/carry 50 lbs. consistently. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Compensation: $18.00 per hour Shifts: A shift, Monday thru Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM B shift, Tuesday thru Friday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM C shift, Friday and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Sunday and Monday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including basic tele-health plan, vision, dental, and a company matching 401k retirement plan.
