WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

  • Education: Technical diploma or certificate in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
  • 1–3 years in QA, manufacturing, or a similar role.
  • General familiarity of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and methods (e.g., ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, PPAP).
  • Background in manufacturing processes and practices.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma process improvement is considered an asset
  • Computer knowledge and skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Solid Works or similar CAD software.
  • General knowledge of various materials and properties used in processes such as plastics, metal fabrication, rubber, castings, stampings, etc.
  • Work well under pressure and under tight timelines.
  • High level of organizational skills, detail oriented, and analytical.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • An energetic, diligent work ethic and able to work with little supervision.
