Roles & Responsibilities

• Approve production processes through visual, measurement, and functional tests.
• Inspect materials using precision tools (e.g., gauges, micrometers, electronic testers).
• Identify, document, and isolate non-conforming products for rework or disposal.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test data, and defect reports.
• Guide production teams on quality issues and support training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal quality protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment.
• Analyze quality reports to recommend process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or higher in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality inspection or assurance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Six Sigma Green Belt demonstrate a commitment to quality excellence.
• Candidates with experience in ISO 9001 or other quality management systems will have a competitive advantage.
