Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support the inspection and validation of aerospace components and assemblies. This role is responsible for ensuring all products meet engineering specifications, blueprints, and AS9100 quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in quality control, strong knowledge of inspection methods and tools, and the ability to identify and resolve nonconformances while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on aerospace components and assemblies to verify adherence to engineering specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and present quality reports to management as needed. Identify defects or deviations from specifications and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure that all products comply with relevant aerospace industry standards, including AS9100 requirements. Verify and calibrate inspection tools and equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process improvements and best practices. Work closely with engineering, production, and other departments to address quality issues and support the resolution of production challenges Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications Good vision and manual dexterity for precise measurement and inspection tasks Capability to work in a variety of environments, including production floors and clean rooms
