Major Responsibilities : Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering zero defect products to customer and follow up of claims till closure Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting analysis and RCCA using quality tools, statistical techniques and Focus to implement robust action to reduce scrap cost related to respective cells Lead the Quality activities of respective Cells, validate the quality objectives and results of the Cells Implement the products and processes specification as per the PS and EMS industries norms. New product Qualification & Ensure the customer PPAP approval on time Drive process for continual improvement activities towards Integrated Quality Management systems (IATF & ISO) & Customer audits /Internal Audits. Specialized in PCBA and Electronic products failure analysis Technical Competencies: APQP PFD, PFMEA & Control plan SPC, MSA & PPAP 7QC Tools Expertise in soldering SMT Process Essential Competencies: 8D & Failure analysis capability Customer handling & Audit Knowledge EMS Product knowledge ISO 9001:2015 & IATF Knowledge IPC 610 & 620 certification Expertise in soldering People Handling Good to have Competencies: IATF 16949 Certified Internal Auditor PCBA & EMS Components Knowledge IPC 610 & 620 Certification Soft Skills: Team Work & Collaboration Driving the CTF for results Ontime escalation for failure Communication Problem Solving and critical thinking Adaptability & flexibility Requirements null Benefits Best In Industry
