ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in any related field.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software. Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve business objectives through establishing and following safe workplace practices consistent with KC Guidelines
  • Conduct shift / daily routine sampling of finished products (Attributes)
  • Perform weekly environmental monitoring tests in production floor (Microbiology Air & Surface testing)
  • Perform Media preparation when required.
  • Conduct Growth promotion tests for in-house media preparation, incoming media and microbial cultures for received batches.
  • Perform Gram staining and Identification of microbes.
  • Perform and maintain laboratory equipment cleaning and maintenance record.
  • Review incoming chemicals and perform releasing for production usage
  • Upload and verify certificate of analysis if incoming raw materials
  • Verify any NCMR (Non-conforming raw materials) when required
  • Perform Chlorine testing
  • Execute quality standard operating procedures and good manufacturing/laboratory/documentation practices.
  • Assure compliance with KC Quality Management System requirements, policies and procedures
