Your Day-to-Day As a Quality Investigations Engineer at BD, you'll manage incoming product complaints and faults, ensuring timely investigation and resolution. Your day will include: Reviewing and acting on Product Incident Reports (PIRs) for infusion pumps Coordinating investigations with BD's service team and the manufacturer in Switzerland Identifying root causes and recommending solutions to prevent recurring issues Managing documentation and compliance with local regulatory requirements Communicating with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolutions Supporting initiatives to reduce turnaround times from months to weeks About You You're a detail-oriented engineer with a passion for quality and problem-solving. You'll bring: A degree in Biomedical Engineering (mandatory) 3-5 years' experience performing repairs on medical devices or medical equipment Ability to apply higher-level thinking to investigations, ensuring structured, compliant, and root-cause-driven analysis Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare environments Practical experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare environments is essential Why BD?
