· Perform routine analyses to confirm product specifications in support of production, packaging, bulk shipping, raw material receipt, wash water testing, product inquiries, etc.
· Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation issues.
· Create and provide certificates of analysis to internal and external customers.
· Obtain and prepare special samples for shipment.
· Assist supervisor and operations manager with special projects, as necessary.
· Perform daily housekeeping and calibration on laboratory and instruments.
· Provide technical support to plant production employees.
· Document data/results in appropriate technical databases/documentation.
· Perform quality inspections and audits on manufacturing vessels and packaging lines
