Job Description No 3rd party candidates This is a long-term contract role with our life science client in Central NJ. We require someone on-site up to 3 days/week. We have been working with this client for over 20 years and you will be joining our team of 50+ professionals. Job Overview: The Lab Analyst supports lab operations by managing product samples, conducting inspections, and ensuring process integrity with strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Key Responsibilities: Sample Management: Maintain inventory, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure accurate chain of custody. Sample Inspection: Conduct visual inspections and packaging forensic analysis; prepare detailed reports. Coordination: Partner with internal teams to manage workflows and provide timely status updates. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Experience with lab inspections and basic procedures Knowledge of sample/inventory management and packaging inspection (non-chemical) Strong organization, attention to detail, and process adherence Basic data analysis and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a lab or quality inspection role Ability to create technical reports and SOPs Additional Information OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS Patient Minded - I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.
