Core Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee daily technician assignments and lab resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous feedback to enhance team performance.
• Lead and support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes.
• Partner with other lab supervisors to identify and implement cross-functional improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain individual and team growth plans aligned with business goals.
• Participate in strategic departmental initiatives and contribute to long-term planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Solid understanding of ISO and IATF quality management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, based on operational needs.
