Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of quality and ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
Duties
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716 Cosmetic GMP, and CGMP regulations.
- Utilize measurement equipment/tools to verify the quality of products.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Document quality control procedures and results.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality assurance process.
- Back up lab tech as needed.
-Have experience with basic lab testing and equipment including titration, conductivity, and pH testing .

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in quality audits, quality control, and quality inspection
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, FDA regulations, and CGMP
• Strong analytical skills for quality assurance and quality management
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Experience with QA/QC processes and systems
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
