  • Salary range for Quality Lead between $80,000 and $98,000 CAD annually and is based on experience

At our facility in Calgary you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Quality Lead :

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the plant’s quality assurance and food safety programs, including planning and executing internal and external BRCGS quality audits
  • Manage third-party service providers such as pest control, housekeeping, and sanitation to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems, using key performance indicators such as customer complaints, cost of quality, and Net Promoter Score to ensure products meet both internal standards and customer expectations
  • Oversee root cause analysis investigations and lead investigations to identify and eliminate the underlying causes of quality issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production lines
  • Drive and monitor corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with supervisors and the Line Centric Team (LCT), providing necessary support to ensure their effectiveness
  • Communicate corrective actions and quality updates to the Sales and Customer Service departments to maintain alignment and transparency
