We are currently recruiting for someone join our team as a Care Quality Lead / Field Care Supervisor to be responsible for driving our high-quality person-centred care in the Stockport & Tameside region. This role will be carried out on a full time basis at our Offerton, Stockport office, working Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with occasional out of hours working for visits, and as part of an on-call rota. Benefits: On-call is paid in addition 45p per mile for travel Paid on-call Up to £3,000 per year in our monthly bonus scheme Birthday off work paid Qualification & career progression opportunities Access to Blue Light Card and Home Instead discounts We pay for your enhanced DBS check Employee Assistance Programme Holiday purchase scheme Your responsibilities: Conduct personalised client assessments to tailor care plans to individual needs Complete quality assurance visits to clients and their families Support clients with their care needs Provide supervision and unwavering support to our dedicated caregiving team Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being Travel to clients’ homes to introduce new Care Professionals to their clients Assist the Care Manager to create, update and audit client care plans Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records Who We're Looking For: A track record within the care sector and experience with similar duties Stellar communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism Comfortable driving around the Stockport & Tameside area for various visits Being a driver with access to a car is essential.
