Role Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Lead to oversee quality assurance processes and mentor a team of reviewers. In this role, you will ensure adherence to complex guidelines, provide clear communication and feedback, and contribute to the overall quality of AI training data. Your expertise will help maintain high standards in data labeling, annotation, and other quality assurance activities.

What You'll Work On:

• Lead and mentor a team of reviewers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to complex guidelines and project requirements.
• Provide clear communication and constructive feedback to team members.
• Utilize strong attention to detail in quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality expectations.

Who This Is For:

• Professionals with 3-5 years of overall experience, including 1+ year leading or mentoring reviewers.
• Candidates with experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data are preferred.
• Individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Professionals with excellent communication skills for providing feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading teams in quality assurance or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with AI training data processes, if applicable.
