About the Role: Quality Lead is responsible for driving excellence across our software development organization. This role requires visionary and pragmatic approach and is instrumental in shaping and executing a comprehensive quality strategy that spans multiple business areas and CMS-driven web platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong Quality perspective, and hands-on experience in building scalable quality practices. As a central figure in our development ecosystem, the Quality Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, increase transparency through metrics, and embed testing and automation practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Define and lead the quality strategy and quality management system across the software development organization. Establish framework and governance for quality systems, including policies, procedures, tools and compliance requirements. Ensure digital solutions are safe, modern, efficient, compliant, and enable organizational agility. Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to establish and uphold quality standards. Partner with IT, vendors, and process owners to deliver effective digital solutions that meet business requirements. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and report on quality metrics to ensure visibility and continuous improvement. Design and implement a regression testing strategy tailored to CMS-based platforms. Drive the adoption of test automation and increase overall test coverage. Introduce scalable and sustainable quality assurance processes across projects. Promote best practices in system use and provide training support. Serve as the central point of contact for all quality-related initiatives and improvements. Required skills & Qualifications: Experience working within software development environments, understanding of software engineering principles, lifecycle stages, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Extensive experience in leading quality assurance or software testing initiatives across diverse teams and projects. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly in web and CMS-based environments. Proven ability to design and implement test strategies, including regression and automation frameworks. Experience in defining and reporting on quality metrics and KPIs. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with modern QA tools and methodologies (e.g., CI/CD, test automation, defect tracking). Strategic thinking with the ability to drive long-term quality improvements while delivering short-term results. Ability to influence and mentor teams on quality best practices.
