Fuel your passion The regional QMS Leader - APAC is responsible for owning, deploying and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing and project execution sites in the Aisa-Pacific region. The roles ensure consistent application of global quality standards, compliance with ISO, API, customer and regulatory requirements, and effective governance of audits, documentations and corrective actions. This position acts as the regional authority for QMS, partnering closely with Operations, Services, Engineering, Supply Chain , and site Quality teams. As the Quality Leader, QMS APAC will have the following responsibilities: Regional Quality Governance Own and deploy the APAC quality management framework across manufacturing and service operations, ensuring compliance with API, ISO, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements, while managing quality risk, escalation and governance at regional level. Manufacturing & Services Quality Assurance Oversea quality performance across manufacturing, assembly, testing, project execution and field services. Drive reduction in NCRS, rework, warranty exposures, cost of poor quality through disciplined root cause analysis. Supplier & Partner Quality Management Lead supplier qualification, audits and performance management, working closely with procurement to mitigate supplier quality, delivery and compliance risks across the supply chain. Audit, Customer Interface & Issue Resolutions Act as the regional focal point for API/ISO audits, customer audits and major quality escalation, leading investigation of customer complaints, failed failures, and warranty claims and ensuring timey, effective corrective actions. Continuous Improvement & Capability Building Drive data driven continuous improvement initiative using quality analytics and structured problem solving, while strengthening quality culture, competency, and consistency across manufacturing site and services teams in APAC. To be successful in this role you will: 12 years of progressive experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Operation Excellence within oil & gas manufacturing, EPC projects, and/or field services environment. API Q1/Q2 Lead Auditor or ISO Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory Six Sigma Green Belt/Black belt highly preferred. Product knowledge in Subsea Production System is an added advantage. Strong knowledge in EPC (Engineering – Procure – Construct) project lifecycle and relevant internal standards (ASME, API, ISO, DNV, etc.). Exposure to complex project execution, long-lead equipment, and critical suppliers preferred. Experience with vendor inspections is preferred.
