Quality Management and Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

• Enforcing and implementing measures to ensure quality standards

• Maintaining the quality of raw materials and packaging materials used in the company, as well as controlling the quality of finished products

• Adhering to, monitoring, and implementing hygiene regulations

• Maintaining, documenting, and coordinating the QM system

• Introducing and ensuring all quality-related activities

• Conducting daily sensory tests

• Quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and storage test items

• Production and process controls and review of process documents

• Conducting operational hygiene checks

• Handling complaints

• Adhering to, monitoring, and implementing hygiene regulations

• Participating in internal and external audits

• Creating declarations and specifications

• Training employees on quality-related issues

• Being a member of the QM and HACCP team

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in food technology, nutritional science, or food safety

• Professional experience is an advantage
