We are seeking a full-time employee to serve as Deputy Quality Management Representative (m/f/d).

The position is permanent and serves to support the planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of management systems with a focus on occupational health and safety and environmental protection.

1. Tasks and responsibilities – Occupational safety

• Participation in the implementation of legal and regulatory occupational health and safety requirements

• Supporting the safety specialist in creating and maintaining risk assessments

• Support with accident analysis and follow-up measures

• Organization and delivery of training

• Participation in site visits, external audits and ASA meetings

• Planning and conducting internal audits

1. Tasks and responsibilities – Environmental protection

• Support of environmental management in accordance with legal requirements

• Recording and assessment of environmental aspects

• Monitoring of waste, hazardous materials and resource issues

• Support and participation in environmental inspections and external audits

• Planning and conducting internal audits

1. Tasks in quality management (supporting)

• Maintenance of QM documents

• Support for internal and external audits

• • Participation in the continuous improvement process
