OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Quality Manager with a sharp focus on internal and external audit preparation and execution. This role is part of an established and well-functioning quality team. The successful candidate will take the lead on managing BRC/IFS audits, supplier audits, and internal quality system checks.

• Lead site preparation and execution for all third-party and regulatory audits (e.g., BRC, customer audits, DAFM)
• Maintain and update the site’s QMS documentation in line with audit requirements
• Conduct internal audits and support the wider team on non-conformance investigations
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure audit readiness is embedded in daily operations
• Work with the existing Quality Manager to strengthen the audit side of the function
• Track and report on audit findings, CAPAs, and continuous improvement opportunities
