BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with quality assurance and delivering or providing quality support
  • Experience as a project leader and collaborating with teams
  • Experience with trend analysis
  • Knowledge of quality industry standards
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks
  • Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs
  • Experience with Cost Plus Award Fee contracts and reporting against service level agreements
  • Experience with project or program management
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships using interpersonal skills
  • Master’s degree
  • CAPM or PMP Certification
