• Your tasks: Creation and review of all relevant customer documents for our various products in accordance with food-related regulations (LMIV, Flavorings Regulation, Additives Regulation, nutritional and health claims). Development and updating of product specifications and labels, taking into account country- and customer-specific requirements. Creation of nutritional information tables, allergen lists, and microbiological findings. Issuance of various certificates on current topics in the field of food safety. Interpretation, implementation, and compliance with legal texts and guidelines (food law). Answering all customer inquiries (company- and product-related). Ensuring and continuously optimizing internal processes. Data maintenance and updating of existing products, as well as general office tasks. Close collaboration with relevant interfaces. Your qualifications: Completed education in the food sector (apprenticeship, technical college, university/university). Several years of professional experience required, preferably in the food industry. Excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative. Structured, reliable, and independent work style, as well as logical thinking. Team spirit and flexibility. Very good written and spoken German and English skills. Good computer and MS Office skills. Regarding remuneration: For legal reasons, we must point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement (for full-time employment of 38.5 hours) for this position is €37,379.72 gross per year.
