• Professional training / food technologist or comparable qualification
• Business administration knowledge

• Several years of experience in quality management

We are IFS Food certified, organic and Naturland certified and MSC, ASC certified.

Our customers are the German food retail sector, organic retailers and the hotel industry.

We have a particular focus on the private label sector.

The tasks include all tasks within the IFS framework, including documentation.

Updates, complaints, etc.

• Maintaining a HACCP concept
• Implementation and monitoring of operational measures and self-monitoring
• Legal support for new food developments
• Verification of the concept, adaptation to changes
• Evaluation of legal requirements
• Leading the HACCP team
• Editing/updating and maintaining the quality assurance system according to IFS, including the
• Creation and revision of documents for the QM system based on HACCP, IFS, etc.

Creation and revision of product specifications as well as recipe control and recipe monitoring.

• Random sampling and inspection of raw materials and finished goods
• Control and implementation of the traceability concept
• Performing nutritional calculations
• Handling customer and supplier complaints
• Conducting employee training
• Creation of article information
• Conducting, monitoring and controlling all hygiene and safety inspections
• Ensuring the implementation of the requirements of the HACCP concept and the QMH within the company
• Responsible for ensuring the full participation of all subordinate employees in employee training courses.
