Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Six Sigma Black Belt to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our Banking BPS delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Banking BPS environments, preferably with experience supporting a UK savings bank. This role demands strategic thinking, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to implement a robust CI framework across a 400-member process team. Key Responsibilities Conceive, design, and implement a comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CI) framework for a 400+ FTE process, aligned with Banking BPS delivery goals. Lead and support Six Sigma Black Belt projects with measurable impact on operational efficiency and quality. Train and mentor Green Belt and Yellow Belt candidates, fostering a culture of Lean Six Sigma excellence. Define and drive a capability development roadmap for the year, ensuring team readiness and skill enhancement. Own and deliver a firm savings target for the year through CI initiatives and process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and ensure successful project delivery. Critical Skills & Experience Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on experience in Banking BPS. Prior exposure to UK savings bank processes is highly desirable. Strong track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency gains through CI projects. Experience in training and mentoring Green and Yellow Belt professionals. Ability to design and deploy CI frameworks at scale. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
