Description

These are your responsibilities:

• Supporting various organizational processes in quality management, such as document management, training management, change management, and validation

• Implementing improvements in existing organizational processes in quality management, such as deviation management/complaint handling and audits

• Serving as the point of contact for internal and external customers regarding quality

• Coordinating complaints, including CAPA processes and action monitoring

• Planning, preparing, and conducting internal, external, and supplier audits (1st, 2nd, 3rd party)

• Creating, reviewing, and providing training on documents and processes within the QM system

• Informing management and executives as part of management reviews

• Planning and participating in machine qualifications and process validations


What you bring to the table:

• Completed vocational training and further education as a master craftsman/technician/business administrator

• Alternatively, a completed bachelor's or master's degree in business or engineering

• Ideally, prior knowledge of quality management

• Good written and spoken German and English skills

• Proficient use of standard MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Flexibility for constantly changing tasks

• Technical understanding

• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools for analyzing and improving processes, as well as for achieving defined performance and quality indicators, is advantageous.
