Location: Luckenwalde | Start date: by arrangement | Working hours: Full-time (39.75 hours/week)

Our client in Luckenwalde is looking for you – a skilled professional who will actively contribute to the support and assurance of the quality management system. In this position, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of QM processes and support the company in complying with standards.

Your responsibilities:

- Support of the quality management system: You will ensure that all quality-relevant processes are adhered to and actively participate in their further development.

- Documentation & process maintenance: You will create, review, and maintain quality-relevant documents, guidelines, and records.

- Support during audits & inspections: You will prepare documentation, participate in internal and external audits, and ensure compliance.

- Training & workshops: You will support the implementation of training courses to embed quality requirements throughout the company.

- Cross-departmental collaboration: You will work closely with various departments to implement and improve processes efficiently.

- Promoting quality awareness: You will actively contribute to ensuring that all employees understand and embrace the importance of quality and compliance.
