Description ATSI is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Branch Quality Focal Point (QFP) Support Person to ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation control within the WXMR Branch. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining validated and controlled documents, supporting quality metrics, and ensuring technicians meet certification requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to uphold quality assurance processes. Document Control & Compliance Ensure the branch uses current, validated, and controlled documents. Conduct regular reviews of branch documents and route documents to appropriate personnel for review. Manage routing and approval of newly created documents in iPDM. Quality Metrics & Certifications Assist with tracking and reporting branch quality metrics. Monitor technician certifications to ensure compliance with tasking requirements outlined in procedures. Hazard Analysis & SOP Integration Become familiar with hazard analysis processes, safety briefs, and laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure hazard analysis and SOP requirements are accurately captured in newly created documents. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training and certification is preferred. Experience with document management systems, quality metrics, and continuous improvement processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey technical information clearly. Proficiency in using quality management software tools like CAMS, Ipdm, and other document tracking systems. Secret level DoD Clearance. Preferred Traits: Self-starter with a proactive, engaged approach to learning and development. Dependable and capable of independently managing quality management responsibilities after 18 months.
