Your mission We are building the quality foundation that will take us through the next stage of growth - across new markets, new regulators, and new certification milestones. As our QMS Engineer, you will own the systems and processes that keep us compliant, certified, and ready to scale. If you enjoy turning complex regulatory requirements into clear, workable structures, this role was built for you. Own and continuously evolve the QMS in line with EN9100, ISO 9001, and the requirements of global aviation authorities including FAA, EASA, JCAB, and ANAC Keep the Quality Manual updated ensuring it stays consistent, complete, and audit-ready across all applicable regulatory frameworks Build and maintain cross-reference maps that allow a single, lean QMS to cover multiple regulatory contexts without duplication Put the QMS to the test - regularly stress-test its robustness and compliance across different certification schemes and authority expectations Spot gaps before they become problems: identify deviations from QMS and EN9100 requirements and turn them into clear improvement actions Lead internal audits and make sure the organization is always one step ahead when external audits and certifications come around Drive the EN9100 certification process end-to-end, coordinating with external consultants and certification bodies Keep the Document Management System (e.g. SharePoint) in top shape - well-structured, traceable, and accessible to everyone Be the QMS engine across the company - supporting teams in understanding and implementing requirements on time and with confidence Bring quality to life through training: develop and deliver QMS and EN9100 sessions across departments Your profile Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within regulated industries, preferably aviation or aerospace Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS in accordance with EN9100 and ISO 9001 Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, JCAB, ANAC) and their impact on QMS structure Demonstrated experience in certification process management and internal and external audit preparation Strong capability in process analysis, documentation structuring, and cross-functional alignment Excellent command of technical English, with proven ability to draft and structure quality manuals and controlled documentation Experience with Document Management Systems such as SharePoint or equivalent Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments Knowledge of training and competence management requirements under EN9100 is a plus German language skills are desired but not required What you bring as a perfect candidate Structured and analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and applicable solutions Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and quality awareness Proactive, hands-on attitude with the drive to improve things independently Genuine interest in aviation technology and regulatory environments What we'll offer A free parking space right at the office – for the days you come in. Responsibilities
