What we are looking for The QMS Manager will establish, lead, and manage systems, controls, and workforce to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the factory. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and other customer/regulatory certifications, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes a strong quality culture. The QMS Manager will also lead audits, training programs, and improvement projects, while coaching a high-performing quality team to deliver business and site goals. The scope of Role Deliver to Site and Business Goals - Setting targets for the QMS KPIs. Lead & drive Quality Management System processes across the factory to maintain ISO9001 and other customer/regulatory certifications. Support customer audits both on-site and remote. Promote quality culture throughout the organization. Monitor ESD equipment and processes to ensure operational integrity. Expert Workforce - Leads, coaches, and develops a team responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a high-performing QMS. Role Responsibilities What we need 5–8 years of experience in QMS or quality-related managerial roles. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant QMS standards. Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, CAPA, MSA, etc. Skilled in QMS software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving capabilities. Experience in white goods or home appliances manufacturing is preferred.
