About the role
Reporting to the Estates Director of PMO and Business Support, you will maintain, manage and help improve the document control processes for Estates and Facilities department. You will support the Quality and Information System Manager to standardised information management system and the work activities requiring procedural or systematic proficiency, and co-ordination with related activities and projects.
The role includes understanding and influencing others to maintain and update procedures and processes and will gather and analysing information to assure the IMS system complies with ISO9001 standards.
