In January 2013, our modern press shop – PCM.de GmbH – was completed in Klipphausen near Dresden. Since then, our team at our Saxony location has grown to 135 employees.

Conveniently located for our customers and our team in the Klipphausen industrial park, we primarily manufacture components for the exhaust and bodywork sectors. Our product range also includes metal parts for the non-exhaust sector, as well as the assembly of complex and high-quality component groups for our renowned clients.

Tasks

• Ensuring compliance with quality and standard specifications for our deep-drawn and assembly products
• Support in monitoring the QM system (according to IATF16949), its processes and customer-specific requirements
• Conducting initial sample inspections and creating documentation according to customer and/or PPAP / PPF specifications (AIAG / VDA).
• Creation and tracking of supplier complaints, processing and approval of initial samples
• Handling complaints and creating 8D reports including customer contact
• Test equipment monitoring
• Planning and conducting internal audits
• Initiation, implementation and review of preventive and corrective actions regarding non-conforming products or processes
• Planning / conducting quality-relevant training courses and evaluating their effectiveness, as well as creating quality-relevant documents
• Participation in the APQP process, FMEA creation, and PDCA cycles.
