QUALITY MANAGER - 4 DAY WEEK

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of the Senior Management team, contributing to the ongoing success and performance of the business. You will lead the Quality Assurance Department, ensuring compliance with key industry standards and driving continuous improvements in product quality across the organisation.

Duties as their new Quality Manager will include;

  • Lead the Quality Assurance Department to ensure continued registration and compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to support the business management system.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to smoothly integrate new product requirements into production.
  • Assist in enhancing Management Information Systems, including the implementation of data collection systems.
  • Manage external audits and liaise with external advisors.
  • Report regularly on quality KPIs and team performance.
