Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Control and Assurance department to meet stringent customer and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement a strategic quality and food safety plan focused on improving performance indicators such as consumer complaints, microbiology, and sensory evaluations.
- Foster a strong quality culture across all departments of the brewery.
- Collaborate on sensory analyses and ensure compliance with ABI quality and food safety programs.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives and support capital projects to prevent quality issues.
- Engage and manage a talented team of 20, including two direct reports, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Optimize department budgets while ensuring safe working practices and regulatory compliance.
- Actively participate in the brewery management team and represent our superior brands as an ambassador for excellence.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A Master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in French and English, with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset.
- Expertise in manufacturing principles and project management, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Passionate about driving results and creating an engaging, high-performance team culture.
