Responsibilities
  • Standardize and harmonize quality assurance (QA) and quality management tools (QM), focusing on product development.
  • Lead projects to develop and optimize a quality framework, including tools, test methods, equipment, training, and expertise.
  • Define, implement, and ensure adherence to global product development quality standards.
  • Provide technical support for QA teams and coordinate training for new QA employees.
  • Support in quality-related aspects of product development projects.
  • Act as the central point of contact for quality-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate and define customer agreements on quality assurance and customer care (QCC).
  • Introduce and continuously improve quality systems within product development.
  • Build a global QA network to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
