Responsibilities of this role include: Works diligently to understand how our business operates and the uniqueness of our make-up Provides guidance over what should be a part of our scope, why it is relevant to the health of the business, and ensures there are goals and tools to measure appropriately Establishes an approach to focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and develops methods to obtain customer feedback and analyze results Oversees continuous improvement efforts and communicates them effectively to all stakeholders Identifies efficient methods for training, storing, and tracking quality management documents Writes, reviews, approves and implements quality procedures, specifications, processes, and methods in support of ISO 9001:2015 and CMMC Compliance Oversees the examination and evaluation of standards, policies, and procedures with a focus on compliance and process maturity Ensures proper audit planning and schedule meets the requirements of internal policies and external regulations Determines and documents processes and resources to support the Quality Management System (QMS) Applies quality processes and procedures to ensure quality and compliance with ISO standards Identifies resources and roles and then assigns responsibilities and authorities to support QMS Ensures that team members are properly trained and qualified and that training tracking and documentation is accurate and maintained in a timely manner Addresses risks and opportunities Identifies, maintains and retains documented information in support of the QMS through a formal program Determines methods for evaluating QMS processes and changes Establishes an approach to measure QMS performance Writes, reviews, approves, and/or implement quality procedures, processes, and methods as required associated quality program for completeness, errors, and omissions Prepares and presents a periodic review of the quality system for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Conducts periodic reviews and audits with all applicable departments/functions to monitor compliance with established procedures and overall ISO and CMMI standards Acts as the Liaison between the Organization and the appropriate certification body Performs all other duties as assigned Requirements At least 5 years’ experience managing an organization’s quality system for a DoD contractor is required Must have experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams A Bachelor’s Degree in a business (administration, English) or technical (Engineering, IT) related discipline is preferred Certifications required include: Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) QMS ISO-9001 Lead Auditor Certified Quality Auditor (CQ) What makes Belmont Unique? Pay Range $89,487 - $125,855 per year The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, Belmont Point Management considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
