QUALITY MANAGER
(Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our client at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tamworth. With over 40 years in the manufacture and distribution industry, they pride themselves on open communication and a supportive work environment.
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement quality policies and procedures.
- Develop long-term quality improvement plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
- Analyse data and KPIs to drive improvements in quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with Technical teams to align with customer expectations.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
