Responsibilities

As Quality Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of all our systems, processes, and products. You’ll lead by example, fostering a lean culture and problem-solving mindset across all levels.
· Lead & Manage: Oversee all aspects of the Quality Assurance Department, including developing and implementing robust processes using lean disciplines.
· Hands-on QMS Leadership: Be actively involved in all functions of our Site Quality Management System (QMS).
· Team Development: Develop and manage the performance of all Quality Assurance personnel, including Quality Engineers, Inspection Technology programmers, and the Non-Destructive Testing team.
· Maintain Accreditations: Ensure controls are in place to maintain crucial accreditations (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
· Customer & Audit Representation: Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and represent the company during audits by customers or third-party vendors.
· Non-Conformance Expertise: Manage non-conformance processes, from reviewing deviations and dispositioning to performing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and submitting customer documentation.
· Technical Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical sketches, drawings, and customer configuration documents.
· Analytical Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking to solve practical job-related problems with exceptional attention to detail.
· Continuous Improvement: Actively champion and support a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
· Metrology Oversight: Manage all Metrology processes.
