POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Quality Manager with expertise in ISO 9001 to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure our processes adhere to international standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, overseeing audits, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the investigation of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Facilitate quality control measures and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage quality-related risks within the organization.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality performance.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
• Experience with quality control, auditing, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Expertise in risk management and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
