Description
Manage plant Quality, build an effective team to drive for manufacturing excellence. Lead the quality assurance. Set the quality strategy, lead the development and execution of quality system, improve product quality and drive customer satisfaction. Additional take overall leadership in implement quality management system; continually improve customer satisfaction and quality performance; drive to develop functional competency in the Wuxi plant. Bachelor's degree and above with major in Engineering or related majors. At least 5 years' experience in Mechanical Part Manufacturing Industry or related industry in JV or foreign company and automatic company. Significant knowledge and understanding of Automotive quality systems including ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.1, Industry, and customer specific requirements. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, heat treat, etc. The knowledge of a wide range of problem-solving tools & methods, including statistics, combined with the ability to select & apply them to make data based decisions to sustain higher levels of process or product quality (CQE or Six Sigma Certification preferred). Effective communication skills including fluent in English (written and spoken). Work in teams, know and develop team; Knowledge in 6Sigma and Lean as an advantage.
