Job Description As the Quality expert, you will ensure the quality of the assigned projects throughout the construction and commissioning phases. This includes monitoring and controlling quality control plans, conducting inspections, and resolving quality issues, furthermore, to work with project stakeholders to ensure that the project meets all quality requirements. Responsibilities not limited to: Develop a detailed standard projects quality assurance procedures, plans and guidelines. Monitor and control quality management plans for the all ongoing projects. Conduct routine inspections of projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve quality issues and defects. Work with all project stakeholders to ensure that the project meets all quality requirements. Ensure document quality assurance and control activities and maintain quality records and reports for all projects. Provide guidance and support to the project team on any related quality assurance aspects Ensure that all relevant reports are completed in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner, and comply with international principles of corporate governance and standards, and shareholder requirements. Support Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies and objectives of Masdar and compliance with the laws and regulations of the country where the projects are located. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering or related discipline Master's degree is a plus Preferred Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the quality field, and a proven track record in managing the refinement and implementation of quality standards. Solid experience in a similar role as Quality Manager. Responsibilities
