United Elevators is looking for a Strategic Quality Manager to develop and implement company-wide quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop, update, and maintain company-wide quality and safety standards in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Oversee the QA function to ensure proactive prevention of defects and non-conformities. Oversee QC activities in the factory and on-site to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance product and service quality. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the QHSE leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Implement inspection protocols for installation works, ensuring all systems are tested and certified prior to handover. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. Advanced certification in Quality Management is preferred. 10+ years’ experience in quality leadership roles within industrial/manufacturing environments. Proven experience in designing quality management systems, not just enforcing compliance. In-depth knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and HSE regulations. Fluency in English (written & spoken) required. Working Conditions: Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Fridays & Saturdays are off Work Location: New Cairo, 3rd Settlement, The Industrial Area.
