JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of quality management systems, and the ability to implement effective quality inspection protocols. The Quality Manager will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related fields is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in project management within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fabrication processes and techniques is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.

    Pay: $58,054.09-$80,000.00 per year

  • Analyze data from quality inspections and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts for non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.
