Your tasks

• Preparation and maintenance of data for export to non-EU countries
• Handling complaints to suppliers and customers
• Support in maintaining and preserving the quality management system according to IFS, QS and other required standards at the production level
• Support in conducting and organizing internal and external audits as well as other required standards at the production level
• Process review and initiation of measures
• Communication with the veterinary office
• Conducting sensory product tests and taking microbiological and chemical samples
• Support in conducting/coordinating staff training on the topics of infection control law, hygiene, and relevant topics of certification standards.
• Maintaining product passports in SAP
• Monitoring of cleaning and inspections during production

This is what you bring with you

• Food technology or nutritional science studies, training in industrial or wholesale and foreign trade management, specialist in food technology or comparable qualifications are desirable.
• Prior experience in the food and quality management sector is desirable.
