ROLE OVERVIEW

Randridge Oil & Gas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance activities for a major plant construction project at the Dradenau power plant near Hamburg. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and quality management, fluent in both English and German, and ready to take ownership of inspection coordination and field quality planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field Quality Plan Oversight: Organize and manage the execution of field quality plans, including:
• Cable routing
• Switchgear installation
• Cable laying and connection
• Inspection Coordination:
• Plan and participate in inspections with customers and end clients
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with site managers and supervisors to align inspection schedules
• Monitor and support quality assurance throughout construction phases
• Provide technical guidance and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
