Role Title: Quality Manager, Marlborough Roads Location: Blenheim, Marlborough Contract Type: Permanent – Full-Time Join us at Fulton Hogan The Opportunity Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join Marlborough Roads as we transition into the IDC (Integrated Delivery Contract) with the NZ Transport Agency/Waka Kotahi (NZTA). Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing quality and performance to achieve the required outcomes, standards and service levels. What you’ll bring to the table 7+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure, maintenance or construction environments Proven experience managing quality systems, audits and assurance frameworks Strong understanding of asset inspection, defect management and compliance processes Strong communication skills with a solution focused attitude and the ability to foster positive working relationships Comprehensive knowledge of quality systems and experience in auditing. Full class 1 drivers’ licence Role Accountabilities Overview of the IDC’s performance including overseeing operational performance data to meet contract compliance Monitor quality requirements and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders Analysis of quality trends Assist with quality aspects of subcontractor management Actively and positively engage with internal stakeholders to help implement quality improvements Conduct quality and compliance reviews and audits Identify areas where further training might be needed and assist in providing quality and compliance coaching throughout Marlborough Roads IDC Support and lead projects and assignments as directed by the Contract Manager Good work, good benefits At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
