Quality Manager
Ledbury (HR8 1AR)
Up to £55,000
My client is a well-established engineering company that designs, manufactures and supplies a range of products. As a Quality Manager, your role will focus on ensuring that the products meet industry standards, maintaining the QMS, promoting the culture of quality standards across the site and assisting with Continuous Improvement activities.

Quality Manager Responsibilities;

  • Define all acceptable quality criteria for all products
  • Help drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site
  • Conduct audits across the site
  • Investigate and resolve any quality related issues
  • Provide technical support to engineers and the wider engineering team
  • Managing and improving the company’s QMS

Quality Manager Experience;

  • Previous experience working in a Quality Manager position
  • Experienced working to ISO9001 and ISO14001
  • Experienced working in a engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience with managing a QMS
  • Knowledge of ERP systems would be beneficial
  • Experienced in conducting internal audits
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Must be a team player
