Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description The Quality Manager will be a core member of the organization’s team, responsible for ensuring quality compliance across multiple project locations in Bangalore. The role involves regular site visits, auditing processes, identifying quality gaps, and reporting findings, risks, and corrective actions to senior management to drive continuous improvement to ensure the quality standards are met in all the project sites. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor project-quality plans, standards, and procedures across all assigned sites. Ensure compliance with T&T quality policies, client specifications, statutory regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular site visits and quality audits across multiple project locations in Bangalore. Identify quality deviations, non-conformances, and potential risks during execution. Prepare detailed quality inspection reports highlighting observations, non-conformances, root causes, and recommended corrective/preventive actions. Present quality findings, trends, and risk areas to senior management in a clear and actionable manner. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of quality issues. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues. Provide guidance and support to site teams to improve quality awareness and execution. Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance overall project quality. Conduct quality training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for project and site teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture (Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics). 8–15 years of experience in quality assurance/control for multi-site projects. Prior working experience in the commercial Interior-fitout industry. Experience in managing quality across multiple project locations simultaneously. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of quality management systems and site execution. Excellent observation, auditing, and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership reporting. Ability to work independently and manage frequent site travel. Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and MS Office tools.
