The Quality Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Quality-side of the business including (but not limited to): maintenance of quality-related records, supporting audits, etc. Shift/Schedule: Standard 1st shift M-F. What you’ll do: Oversee compliance with ISO 17025 Quality Management System requirements Lead quality improvement initiatives, including value stream mapping and Kaizen events Track and report project progress to stakeholders Provide training on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Drive continuous improvement through internal audits, corrective actions, and follow-up verifications Collaborate with management to prepare quality management review reports Perform other duties as assigned This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors' degree in Quality, Industrial or Process Engineering or a related Engineering field 5+ years in a quality management position Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and stakeholder communication Preferred Requirements & Qualifications: Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025) and internal audit techniques Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, QEP, CEP, CQE, CQA) Experience with quality improvement tools and statistical analysis Background in sustainability initiatives and environmental protection strategies Project management experience, particularly with capital projects Intertek: Total Quality.
